CRO STARTUP wants to help startups and investors focus on company and deal-specific matters. These documents are made freely available in the hope that they will help to educate the Croatian start-up community, speed up the foundation, team-building, and early-stage investment process, and lower the legal costs.
These documents will be created in collaboration with various law firms, and added and updated on an occasional basis. The term sheet and the explanatory notes were drafted by Hanžeković & partneri.
